BUDDY HOLLY'S ACETATES

These acetates are like rocking horse manure and sell for astronomical prices but for the Buddy Holly fan they are well worth it.

Two Timin Woman is Buddy Holly at 13 years of age

Little Footprints In The Snow is Buddy and Bob from their Radio KDAV slot in Lubbock in 1953.

A double-sided 10" acetate with a short 20 seconds of an unknown tune by an unknown artist then two songs "Two Timin Woman" and "Little Footprints In The Snow". These last two tunes are on both sides however the 2nd side isn't by Buddy & Bob.

and
I Don't Care Anymore
(aka You and I Are Through)
7th June 1955

York avenue, Wichita Falls, Texas

I Don't Care Anymore written by Bob Montgomery

Buddy, Bob (Montgomery), and Larry (Welborn) recorded this piece of history at Nesman Studios in Wichita Falls, Texas.

As you may be able to see, the "side 2" label was nearly titled "Gotta Roll" but the person writing the title corrected him/herself (Lewis or Sally Nesman) and gave it the almost proper title of "I Just Don't Care" with "Just" overwriting "Gotta".
